  • Put in subject Line in Email: Cancer Hub Event for (Insert Disease type) (and Name of Event)
  • Your Name and Contact Information (email and phone)
  • Your relationship to the sponsoring organization
  • Web Link to your organization website
  • Event Date and Time
  • Event Name
  • Event Type
  • Sponsoring Organization
  • Venue
  • Location
  • Web Link to the Event webpage

Any other information you wish to include may be sent in the email.
